30-Day Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your new clothes! If you're not completely satisfied, we happily offer a return for a refund (subject to a small 5% restocking fee) or an exchange within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, item(s) must meet all the following conditions:

Condition: Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with all original tags still attached.

Original Packaging: Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging or a protective package to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Scent: Item(s) must be free of any odors, including smoke, perfume, or deodorant.
Steps to Return an Item to Koko Cheri

Initiate Online: Submit your return through our return portal here.

Ship Item: Securely package your item(s) with all original tags attached and use the generated pre-paid label to ship the package back to us.

Receive Credit: Your refund (minus the 5% restocking fee and any label cost) or your store credit will be issued to your original method of payment or email address after the return item is processed, which typically takes 5–7 business days from the time we receive it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and final sale purposes, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Any item marked as "Final Sale" on the product page or during checkout.

Accessories (e.g., jewelry, hats, scarves).

Intimate Apparel (e.g., bodysuits, swimwear, socks, undergarments).
